Finding What Works for You
Many clients start with one service and add others as they discover what feels most helpful. There's no requirement to choose just one option or commit to any particular schedule before seeing how it works for you.
Some families find that combining weekly support with occasional seasonal freshening provides the right balance. Others prefer to begin with a single transition service and then decide whether ongoing help would be valuable.
We're happy to discuss your specific situation and help you think through which approach might make the most sense for your needs and preferences.
Not Sure Where to Start?
That's completely understandable. During our initial conversation, we can talk through your current situation, what feels challenging, and what kind of support might be most helpful. There's no pressure to decide immediately.
Let's Talk About Your NeedsCommon Questions About Our Services
Can I try a service before committing to regular visits?
Yes. Many clients prefer to experience a single visit before deciding on a regular schedule. This gives you a chance to meet your team member and see if the approach feels right for you.
Will the same person visit each time?
Yes. Consistency is central to our approach. We assign the same team member to your home so they can learn your preferences and build a comfortable, familiar relationship with you.
Can I adjust or pause service if my needs change?
Absolutely. We understand that circumstances change. You can adjust your schedule, take breaks, or modify what we focus on during visits. Flexibility is important to making this work long-term.
Do you work with family members who want to stay informed?
Yes, when requested. Many of our clients appreciate having their adult children or other family members receive updates. We can coordinate communication in whatever way respects your privacy while keeping loved ones reassured.
What happens if my regular team member is unavailable?
We work to minimize substitutions, but if your regular team member is unavailable, we'll let you know in advance and, when possible, introduce you to any substitute beforehand. You can also choose to reschedule rather than have someone different visit.
